I stood alone against the shores wondering

The waves came in but I would not let go

They kept calling to me I knew if I stepped in they would take me far away

I thought of the release of this world

The tears I cried that no one seen

They would take them all away

I felt a hand reach out to me

Don’t let go Come back to me child

I will take the tears and make rivers of joy with them

You will dance on the waves

The release will be in me
